Director & Lead Teacher

My name is Sara Ladzinski. I have been teaching for more than 12 years. I enjoy teaching lower elementary and have experience in teaching and administration in preschool through third grade. I have been fortunate to teach in schools in the New England area such as Dublin Christian Academy in Dublin, NH, The Giving Tree School in Gill, MA, and the Keene YMCA preschool. I have also taught as far away as Peru, South America where I enjoyed working with missionary families at Fetzer Memorial Christian Academy. I have my undergraduate degree in Elementary Education from Northland Baptist Bible College in Dunbar, Wisconsin, and have received my certification in nature-based early childhood education from Antioch University in Keene, New Hampshire. I love working with children and finding the potential in each child to become a lifelong learner while growing mentally, physically, and spiritually. Outside of formally teaching in a classroom, I have been a children’s museum program coordinator and operations manager, camp counselor, as well as a Sunday School superintendent.  I am excited to be working with your family this year! I know the Lord has good things for us as we learn and grow together. We want to grow as Jesus grew.

Curriculum Used

Trillium Christian Nature Preschool will follow New Hampshire’s Early Childhood Standards of Quality, which are approved by the New Hampshire State Board of Education. The specific curriculum components will come from the following:

  •  Abeka Bible & Phonics
  •  Creative Nature Curriculum for Preschool
  •  Social skills will be taught and guided by Love and Logic, which is biblically based.

Programming Plan

We help children to connect with their natural surroundings through activities and explorations that center around the current season and natural surroundings. These will guide the curriculum, the design of the outdoor and indoor classrooms, the methods used, and the curriculum content. We are committed to excellence in education, which is developmentally appropriate for preschool students.
